Lead Nurse

Managing a team of Nurses, your leadership skills will make a real difference to people’s lives. You will provide mentorship and clinical supervision to help our Nurses be the best they can be and inspire everyone to deliver the highest standards of care. As well as the opportunity to spend more time with your patients, you will enjoy support with revalidation and both practice and clinical supervision that will help you to continually develop your skills. Our clinical development plans will enable you to progress your career, while we also offer study leave to support your level of expertise and non-medical prescribing. If you are passionate about a particular healthcare area, we can even help you to specialise.

We will help you to be the best nurse you can be. Not only will you be able to spend more time with your patients, we will support you in many different ways from revalidation to mentorship to clinical supervision. We will also help you develop your skills and career through agreed personal development plans and opportunities to specialise and study towards a non-medical prescribing qualification. If you are a Secondary Care Nurse, we can even provide the training you need to become a Practice Nurse.

Healthcare Assistant

Our Healthcare Assistants deliver vital services at our practices from Healthcare Assistant led clinics to supporting and caring for a diverse range of patients. As part of our team, you will get involved with a variety of activities and enjoy high quality clinical support and supervision every step of the way. We will also encourage you to continually develop your skills and career through annual appraisals, development plans and support with NVQ training.

Advanced Nurse Practitioners

As well as providing clinical supervision, you will make the most of your advanced assessment skills that should include clinical examinations, diagnosis and initiating programmes of care.

At IMH we care for our patients and people. So we will support you in many ways from revalidation and our clinical support network to providing clinical and non-medical prescribing supervision. We will support you if you want to specialise and help you stay on top of your CPD with 10 days’ study leave a year pro-rata. Join our team and you can also look forward to an NHS pension and a weekday-only contract, so you can enjoy a good work-life balance.
